Please be courteous and call our Clinic promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment; we request that you give us at least 8 hours notice. Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation notice will give another Client the opportunity to make use of your allotted time. In cases of an Emergency that dose not allow an 8 hours advance notice, the clinic still appreciates to be informed about the missed appointment. After a second cancellation of less than 8 hours notice, we reserve the right to ask for all future appointments to be paid in full and in advance.
